"Great stay for a layover. In the airport and great customer service. We were travelling with dogs, and the staff were very helpful and provided all types of amenities and treats for the dogs. Vey clean and comfortable room with a coffee and bar amenities provided. The hotel has a 24/7 convenient shop with lots of good stuff, you will need a credit card to purchase."

I wanted Peace to clear my head and this hotel gave me what I needed. The view of the airport from the topmost floor of the hotel was also beautiful. In a nutshell, I enjoyed my stay."

Only thing is next to the hotel is a little dirty, and the elevator to the bus-stop smells."

"I had such a great time staying at The James Hotel in Rotterdam! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed, and the design of the hotel is modern with just the right touch of comfort. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and surprisingly quiet considering the central location. The bed was super comfy, and I loved having such a cozy space to unwind after exploring the city. The amenities were great too. The self-service food market on the second floor was really convenient, and the gym was a nice bonus. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Rotterdam with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I was able to walk to most of the main sights, which made my trip even more enjoyable. All in all, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend The James Hotel if you are looking for a chic, friendly, and centrally located place to stay in Rotterdam!"

"The hotel was lovely, and very clean. Love that you need tye card key to control the lights. The room was quite small, but all we needed was a bed. The hotel was just a few minutes walk to the bus stop, which led to an easy train ride to the city. I would not aay the staff was overly friendly or helpful but it was still good. "

"Very clean and the front desk staff was wonderful, perfect English and very kind to store our luggage for two nights while we took a side trip to Delft. The airport shuttle cost 7.50 euro each person but well worth the convenience. "

The hotel is in a walkable distance from the train station, a lot of construction around the area though. We liked it, and we would stay again "

"Stayed here one night as it was close to the airport. Hotel was fine, had a decent range of food that was reasonably priced. Room was comfortable and clean. Airport shuttle was easy to find and ran pretty much to schedule. Can't fault the place, it ticked every box we needed ticking."

"Unusual room configaration with desk jutting into room and three chairs to sit on made it feel more homely and less like a hotel room. The bathroom was a good size but tucked away around a corner, also good. Big windows that ipened also a bonus. Very light and airey."
